Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped out of our Franklin, Tennessee studio. Typically orders are shipped the next business day. Due to the handmade nature of our products and based on availability of materials, some orders may take up to 5-7 business days to ship while orders that include pre-ordered styles may take up to 7-14 business days to ship.  As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information.  

International Orders

At this time, we are only able to accommodate domestic orders in the United States. If you are located in another country and are interested in placing an order for our products, please contact HaybelleCo@gmail.com to place a special order. We are unable to offer free shipping on international orders.
