We accept jewelry returns within 14 days from ship date. All items must be in original condition with tags attached and returned in the original packaging. For a refund to be issued, please contact us atinfo@haybelleco.com.We will send a USPS return label via email. The USPS return label must be printed and used within 24 hours. Once the item is received back to us within 14 days and in original condition, it will be refunded, minus the shipping label cost. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, & exchanges or returns.All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any special order, which has modified an item in any way, including custom length changes, is final sale.

Exchanges
To ensure your item(s) are in stock and shipped quickly, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning the original item.
Gift Exchanges
We allow one exchange for online credit, per item. Item(s) must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving. Once item(s) are received, an online code for credit, will be sent via email.

Return In The Original Packaging
Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging, we will not be able to accept your return. The product must be received by the Haybelle Co office in unworn and original condition with tags attached and all packaging included.

As New Condition
Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its unused new condition. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, engraving or any other modifications will not be returnable.
